Each morning is a breakfast feast. Sausages, home made spicy tomato sauce, eggs the way you like them, fresh milk, fresh fruit juice, home made hot baked bread, jam or honey, exotic fruit salad and Tanzanian coffee or tea.
The two-course lunch can be served in the dining-room or out of a picnic lunch during a game drive.
A three course candlelit dinner is usually served under the stars in the courtyard, by the campfire.
Our meals are carefully prepared by our French Chef Cordon Bleu and we are renowned for our delicious home style Mediterranean cuisine complemented by a selection of wines. |
